This week Angel joins us to talk about her insane year in triathlon. Angel completed six full IRONMAN and three half IRONMAN triathlons, which was over 1,000 miles of human-powered movement. She did this while raising over $25,000 for the IRONMAN Foundation. She started the #Liv2Day campaign, which was inspired by seeing many close friends and family die. This showed her how precious the time we have on earth really is. You can see her talk more about this on camera in this video.
